Nakshi Katha is a kind of embroidered quilt. It is a traditional craft and said to be indigenous to Bangladesh and West Bengal in India and the demand for Nakshi Kantha is very high. Unit -2: Lesson-4 ( A Delicious Dish)
Pudding is a part of the main meal. It is a sweet or fun, salty, spicy platter that everyone likes it.
- Caramel 4 tbsp.
- Granulated Sugar, one ½-2 tbsp.
- WaterEgg Mixture 2 Eggs,
- 250 ml Milk,
- 5 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
- Others Ingredients Unsalted Butter.
First, make caramel sauce for the custard pudding. Grease the inside of the custard cups with unsalted butter to make it easier to remove the cups’ pudding.
Put the water and the sugar in the pot. Heat the pot to medium heat. Let it sit down until the surface is softly colored. Swirl the jar, including the sugar liquid.
After caramel, the sugar removes the pot from the heat. Quickly add the hot water in 2 to 3 steps. Keep the vessel away from you so that the hot caramel sauce does not splash after watering. Keep turning the pot until the hot caramel cools. Pour the caramel into the cups of the custard.
Now, create a mixture of eggs for pudding. Crack the two eggs in a tub. Beat them gently with a balloon whisk. Milk and sugar to the pot. Switch the burner on. Stir in the spatula until all the sugar has dissolved. Apply the milk to the beaten egg and stir in the mixture. Sieve the egg mixture with a strainer. Now steam the mix of eggs.
Fill the custard cups gently with the egg mixture. Cover each cup with a foil of aluminum. Then, heat the water in the pan and put the cups in the pan gently. Wait for 18 to 20 minutes.
After heating, remove the custard cups from the stove. Store them in the refrigerator when they’re cold. Now, pudding is almost ready. Scrape the end of the cup with the tip of the knife. Bring out the pudding from the cup very carefully after that pudding is ready to serve or eat.
Pudding contains a wide spectrum of carbohydrates. Custard is a delicious addition to every kind of winter pudding. With milk as the main ingredient, it’s a great source of protein. It contains calcium that is good for bone health.
